HOUSTON – A Continental Airlines flight to Las Vegas with 158 passengers aboard has returned to Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport after a bird struck the aircraft shortly after takeoff.
The incident happened shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday when Continental flight 697 took off from Houston's northern airport.
